Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Content Acknowledgment

Fantikx provides digital content and services. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase. By making a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical failure preventing access to purchased content through no fault of your own
  • Unauthorized transactions resulting from account compromise (subject to investigation)
  • Duplicate charges caused by a system error

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for periods during which you had access to the content
  • Unlocked content that has been viewed or downloaded
  • Tips or donations sent to creators
  • Fantik (virtual currency) purchases that have been partially or fully spent

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the creator's content until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at gestion@nexusvibe.net within 14 days of the transaction. Include your account email, the transaction date, amount, and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
