1. Age Requirement
Fantikx is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
2. Age Verification
Upon registration, all users must confirm they are at least 18 years of age. Fantikx reserves the right to require additional age verification at any time, including government-issued identification. Creators who upload adult content are subject to enhanced identity and age verification as part of the onboarding process.
3. Parental & Guardian Responsibility
Fantikx is not intended for minors. Parents, guardians, and other responsible adults are encouraged to use parental control tools and internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing age-restricted content. In accordance with 47 U.S.C. § 230(d), we inform users that parental control protections are commercially available.
4. Prohibited Content Involving Minors
Fantikx has a zero-tolerance policy for any content that depicts, promotes, or suggests the sexual exploitation of minors. Any such content will be immediately removed, the account permanently banned, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
5. Enforcement
Fantikx employs both automated systems and human moderation to detect and remove underage users and prohibited content. If we determine or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended and all associated content removed.
