Content Moderation Guidelines

1. Our Commitment

Fantikx is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful community. We employ AI-powered automated systems and trained human moderators to enforce our guidelines in compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

2. Prohibited Content

• Any content depicting, promoting, or suggesting the sexual exploitation of minors (zero tolerance — reported to NCMEC and law enforcement)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") or content shared without the depicted person's explicit consent
• Content that promotes terrorism, violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Harassing, threatening, doxxing, or bullying behavior toward any user
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including impersonation of other users or public figures
• Spam, malware, phishing attempts, or any content designed to compromise user security

3. Reporting System

All users can report content or profiles using the "Report" button available on every post and profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, contact us directly at gestion@nexusvibe.net. EU users have the right to flag illegal content under the DSA's trusted flagger mechanism.

4. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, enforcement actions may include: content removal, warning issued to the user, temporary account suspension, permanent account ban, withholding of pending payouts, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

5. Appeals Process

Users who believe their content was removed in error or that enforcement action was unjustified may submit an appeal within 30 days by contacting gestion@nexusvibe.net. Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator than the one who made the original decision. EU users also have the right to submit disputes to an out-of-court dispute settlement body in accordance with the DSA.
