If you believe your copyrighted content has been uploaded to Fantikx without your permission, you may submit a takedown request to our designated DMCA agent at:

Your DMCA notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Your email address
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A direct link to the infringing material on Fantikx
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to file the notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Fantikx will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who uploaded it. Users may submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was in error.
Fantikx maintains a Repeat Infringer Policy. Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices will be permanently terminated.
