Part 75, the federal record-keeping and labeling requirements for visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct. Fantikx operates as a platform for user-generated content; all sexually explicit content is uploaded by independent creators who are the primary producers under § 2257.

2. Creator Obligations

All creators who upload sexually explicit content to Fantikx are required to: verify the age and identity of every individual depicted by collecting government-issued photo ID proving they are at least 18 years of age; maintain records of such verification in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75; and ensure all depicted individuals have provided explicit, documented consent. Failure to comply with these obligations will result in immediate account termination.
