How to Submit a Complaint

Our Review Process

Once received, our team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours. We aim to investigate and provide a formal response within 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the matter. For EU users, in compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), we provide an internal complaint-handling system with the right to appeal decisions.
